Returns & Refund Policy

Note that orders ship in approximately ten days (10). Our t-shirts and books are made to order. We always do our best to get orders shipped ASAP :) 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require that an invoice number be included with the returned merchandise. Your invoice number can be found in the confirmation email that we sent to you when you originally made your purchase.

    Being as our t-shirts are made to order and sold without an additional charge for shipping, all t-shirt returns will incur a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. We carefully inspect each t-shirt for defects before shipping and print only on premium quality shirts. We print with Environmentally Friendly water-based ink, so the designs on our shirts do not have a plastic feel (i.e., the design that is on the front of the shirt). 

    All claims for t-shirt returns must be made within ten days (10) of their being delivered to the “Ship To” address related to that order.

    Books are non-refundable. If because of this you are hesitant to order any of our great books, we recommend that you purchase them from Amazon.com. CLICK HERE and a new window will open to take you to the books on Amazon.com.  

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (if the shirt is unused and in the condition that you received it, the refund will be approved). Once your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Contact@UnionOfTruth.org or call us at 914-332-3200.

    Exchanges
    Exchanges are limited to the following two circumstances: 1- We have sent you a product other than that which you have ordered. 2- We have sent you the product you ordered, but in the wrong size. Please be sure to carefully review the sizing chart that is below the product description for each t-shirt we sell. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at Contact@UnionOfTruth.org for instructions or call us at 914-332-3200. If we messed up we will apologize profusely and we’ll pay all shipping costs. 

    Shipping for Returns
    To return your product, you should email Contact@UnionOfTruth.org for instructions.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

    We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
